Tuna Salad with Dill

 

Canned tuna, non-fat yogurt, dill and lemon compose this very simple and tasty lunch.
1/2 5 oz can of tuna in water
2-3 oz of non-fat plain yogurt
1-2 tsp lemon
1/4 tsp dill
salt & pepper to taste
Mix well and enjoy!
